Steve Tipaldi, 19XX - 2004Contact Information
Michael Robinson After seven years of having zero contact with his children, $80,000 in legal fees, an appeal that remanded his case for more of the same, an order to pay $10,000 in opponent's fees on remand, and the continuation of a restraining order with no basis in fact, Steve had had enough! If the remand had simply directed all parties (parents and children) into mediation and granted him even supervised contact with his children, Steve would likely be walking the Earth today. But the system utterly failed Steve, so he ended his life in complete despair on August 30, 2004. The State had no probable cause to keep Steve away from his kids. Indeed, the State ordered a psychological evaluation, which found in Steve's favor, then the State rejected the findings because the evaluator had not read every page of the 10-inch thick record.
